Leonard is the Acting Head of Programmes. He is an experienced agriculture extension practitioner with over 12 years of experience in Agricultural Extension Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Extension obtained from the University of Malawi, Bunda College and a Diploma in Agriculture and Natural Resources Management obtained from the Natural Resources College, Malawi. He has expertise in development extension methodologies, general agriculture (crops and livestock), natural resources management, sustainable livelihoods interventions and rural sociology and development.
