Jeff has more than 15 years’ experience in governance and social development initiatives at local community, district and national levels. With an academic training in Public Management and Social and Political Philosophy, Jeff has consistently engaged in training and capacity building interventions for development, community mobilization, project management in the democracy and governance sector in Malawi.
